Pamela is an experienced critical care nurse with close to 20 years of experience in the acute care and clinic setting. She spent her first 10 years focusing on bedside ICU and CCU care. She mentored new graduates, newly hired nurses as well as nursing students.
She was instrumental in helping to develop new policies and procedures in both the critical and acute areas. She also gained vast experience while working as an agency nurse in numerous hospitals in Iowa as well as the Kansas City area.
She later transitioned to a busy cardiology office where she rounded with the physicians and was aligned with both an interventional cardiologist and a nurse practitioner.
