Nurse Navigator

A Nurse Navigator at Illuminate is a critical team member to serve our customer base. The Nurse Navigator will be working with our Discovery Services team to provide at 360-degree approach to caring for patients with various incidentally identified disease processes including but not limited to, vascular diseases. The nurse navigator works with the client to facilitate customized workflows for specialty areas prior to “go-live.” The nurse navigator also facilitates communication and coordination of care between primary care, specialty care and various hospital departments. Integration Architect

Illuminate is looking for a skilled Integration Architect. The Integration Architect is responsible for building and maintaining client systems. They will be a main point of contact during new client implementations and play a vital role in the successful deployment of Illuminate. Their efforts will increase the value of Illuminate and ensure higher rates of client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Illuminate solutions
  to VMware environments

• Create or modify automated tools to
  import client data

• Develop custom plug-ins for the Illuminate processing engine    to transform client data

• Assist with validation of clinical client data

• Configure Illuminate monitoring tools

• Assist with support and maintenance of
  application server environments

• Establish a deep understanding of all
  Illuminate products

• Thrive in a team approach to solving
  problems and identifying areas of
  improvement

• Design, develop, and improve operational
  functions to ensure a viable production
  environment

• Design and develop quality processes
  including templates, snapshots, and
  automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer
  Science, Information Technology, or
  another relevant field OR an equivalent
  combination of education and relevant  
  experience

• Experience with successful
  implementation of technology solutions

• Strong communication, organizational, and
  troubleshooting skills

• Working history in healthcare

• Working knowledge of SQL, Windows
  Server, Linux, VMware, and shell scripting

• Ability to travel to client sites (up to 25%)

• Understanding of software development
  processes (JIRA, Github, Trello, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000 – $80,000 per year
