Rachelle Babin brings a broad range of health care experience in leadership, operations, change management and quality. As the Clinical and Regulatory Specialist for QualityEx, Rachelle works with clients to design and implement leading practices. She collaborates with key stakeholders including Providers, Compliance, HIM, Regulatory, Patient Safety and Quality during the implementation phase and beyond. Utilizing her expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Rachelle tailors policies and processes to fit each client’s unique needs, while optimizing the functionality and usability of QualityEx’s solutions.
