
Jason Miles is an accomplished commercial and operations executive with more than two decades of leadership experience spanning healthcare, wellness, technology, and business services. He is the Founder and Principal of a consulting practice specializing in strategic growth, operational transformation, and M&A advisory for small to mid-sized organizations. Most recently, he served as Vice President & U.S. Commercial Officer at The Joint Commission, leading Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Business Operations, and State Government Relations. In this role, he shaped a comprehensive commercial go-to-market strategy, expanded the organization’s portfolio of offerings, launched multiple new products, strengthened customer loyalty and success programs, and drove financial performance at a record-breaking pace.
Over his 20+ year career, Jason has held influential leadership roles at several renowned organizations. Prior to The Joint Commission, he served as an Operating Executive with Woodson Equity, where he led diligence efforts for the firm’s healthcare vertical and supported M&A strategy across multiple platforms. Earlier, as General Manager at Abbott Diagnostics, he transformed a traditional laboratory consulting business into an advanced enterprise digital health start-up operation. Before joining Abbott, Jason was Vice President of Sales at IBM Watson Health, where he played a pivotal role in developing the go-to-market strategy for the Watson Health Provider Business. He previously served as Vice President of Sales at Merge Healthcare, which was later acquired by IBM Watson Health.
