As a key member of the sales team at Illuminate, you will collaborate closely with clients and Illuminate team leaders to support clients looking to acquire Illuminate solutions.
The Regional Sales Leader will be the client leader on who manages all leads in a designated region. They will outline and execute individual sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead sales strategy and grow sales talent.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned client territory.
- Participates in product development efforts that best address client’s needs on an ongoing basis.
- Establish the product and professional relationships with key personnel in client accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of client personnel with the Illuminate team: including operational support, solution support, and management resources.
- Proactively leads a joint strategic account management process and develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Travel required to clients. (up to 50%-70%).
- Responsible for client satisfaction.
- Completes daily CRM documentation as needed to run the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited university or related experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience in account management/sales in a business-to- business sales environment.
- Healthcare technology sales experience.
- No specialty licensure is required.
- Preference for candidates that have launched new offerings in the market.
